 We facilitate a positive, calm environment for personal empowerment through yoga lifestyle. Adjustments will be light or none on your first session. No music during class. Don't worry, we won't light incense or sage either. 

We observe and learn your practice and you first. So please don't expect to be adjusted heavily on your first day.

 Come, lay that mat down and take one calm breath at a time towards a consistent  yoga practice. Kai Yoga is the place to refine your current practice.
