First steps to get started on a mysore practice. 

----We ask you commit to two days a week min after your first session at Kai Yoga. If you have practiced mysore with Kai before and want to start your practice again, please let know in your email.

--- We are open five days STARTING 9/10 at 40th Street. You are welcome to come all 5 days. 

---Email Kai at kaiyogafitness@gmail with a brief introduction, preferred days and times you would like to practice.

--Do remember if you are new to Kai Yoga Mysore, you are asked to stay and practice for a month min, twice a week of course AFTER your first session of course. If you like it and want to join, it's is a twice a week commitment. Five-six day practice ideal and commonly sought after.

--Out of town drop ins may be available if we have practice slots available. Kai teaches 7 students at a time max. Please enquire. 

--Fill out liability waiver online. Check our pricing under Schedule--Buy Classes. You can purchase classes via venmo (@kaiyoga), Zelle (kaiyogafitness@gmail.com) or through MindBody Online.

---Bring a mat. Towels from Mysore, India for sale for $12 at the shala.

---Plan for 45mins to one hour practice if you are new. 

---Park on the street, not in assigned spaces.
